Where to Trade

You are welcome to visit the studio, see the collection, and trade in your clothes. If that's not convenient, no problem! We can arrange to meet somewhere else.

Please note...

We do not accept items from Shein, Primark or supermarket brands such as F&F and Tu.

Shipping

Packages will be dispatched in 2-3 days. We offer worldwide carbon neutral shipping, at the following flat rates:

  1. UK - £3
  2. EU - £14
  3. Everywhere Else - £22

Returns

We accept returns if raised within 10 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
